Lesley Barnes

 

The latest wonderful edition of the children's magazine Anorak has some lovely illustrations by Lesley Barnes, The blue and the swirl of the skirt appealed greatly to me. Lesley has a very clean graphic style, incorporates folk patterns and her work feels both retro and contemporary.
If you have children I cannot recommend Anorak enough, Freya and I both feel we are getting a treat when the latest edition drops through the door.
