My second post about Jessica's work and Jessica Bolevin's second graduate book 'The Perfect Stick', in her wonderful spacious style about a child finding the perfect stick, which is then thrown away by a teacher and then retrieved and inspires all of the children to find their perfect sticks.

A concept book about a frightened ghost called Moff who is particularly scared of the dark by Chloe Dickson for her graduate show at Dundee. 

Augustus Jansson

Augustus Jansson (1866- 1931) was an illustrator and cartoonist born in Massachusetts to Swedish parents who became a graphic artist and illustrator. 

Between 1903 to 1907 Augustus Jansson produced over thirty adverts for the Queen City Printing Ink Company, including the wonderful Ink Beasts Parade series, with it's bold colours and limited colour palette designs.

Regnier Kuhn

Elegant illustrations in red by Regnier Kuhn (1873-1940), from 'Georgie au Jardin Public' by Henriette Perrin-Duportal in 1929. Regnier Kuhn's work was inspired by classical Greek works but also are very much part of their time and Art Deco.
