Paper Dresses And Models With Sixties Hair

It was wonderful to see the paper dresses modeled today. I had been requested to make paper Sixties dresses to compliment my friends haircuts, I am so happy with the results . . . What fun!

If you are in Sydney right now, you can catch an exhibition by Melanie Boreham at the Hardware Gallery until April 1st. Melanie's work is intriguing, as she has worked for some time around the theme of human hair. In her latest exhibition she explores loss and the breakdown of human relationships.

I find these works by Vietnamese artist Diem Chau quite intriguing. Diem, now living in America combines silk organza thread with porcelain to create these poetic and haunting works that are generous, nurturing and loving in their meaning, quite magical.

Cendrine Rovini
