"The Littlest Witch" published in 1959, written by Jeanne Massey and illustrated By Adrienne Adams (1906-2002) Adrienne Adams published many books and was awarded two Caldecott Honors. In 1973 she was awarded the Rutgers Award for overall contributions to children’s literature.
