Aline Ahond
Aline Ahond bridges that gap between real and imagined with the same surreal style as her fellow countryman Michel Gondry. Aline is an illustrator, author and film maker who layers fantasy over reality with onion skins of images, with transparencies that are like x-rays of your dreams.
I love these. They remind me a little bit of the art of Dave McKean and the dream sequence in James & the Giant Peach, but much more jolly :)
