I haven't posted any classics of children's illustration for a while. Most charity shops I go to no longer really stock any children's books, and if they do they only keep main stream ones.However I was compelled to buy 'The Cat Thief' by Joan Cass, illustrated by William Stobbs when I saw it on Sheila Moxley's blog. I am not disappointed with my purchase the pictures are great.
I love these, and I'm not even a cat person. I have a 6th grade student who loves drawing cats with very unique characteristics, I'll have to show these to her!
