I like these very much too, particularly the first with the squirrel- the expressions in that go to a level beyond childlike- And I wanted to tell you how I loved Dawn Stacey's work. I am going to go back now and take a further look- Thank you for sharing all these delights- Annamaria xx
I agree with Annamaria, the expressions are way beyond childlike - there's so much going on in the face of the one with the squirrel, I feel almost uncomfortable looking at it. Love this woman's work, thanks for posting it! Corrina x
Last night I purchased an original Sari Azari painting at Saver's (a thrift store) in Warwick, Rhode Island. I loved it and bought it. It is named "Blue Bambi" -- a girl holding a blue fawn. I googled her this morning and found this site. Lovely paintings! Lovely blog.
These are so cute, very childlike. I like the last one.
