George Wyllie Straw Locomotive
In 1987 George Wyllie made this fantastic tribute 'the straw locomotive' to Springburn's railway heritage.
Fantastic Present
There are heroes in your life, people who hold a wee place in your heart, George Wyllie is one of mine, and a message in a bottle was waiting on my desk this morning. This was a daft present to a friend of mine Tom Pratt from George Wyllie ( a paper boat in a bottle) and he has wonderfully and so kindly given it to me. Thanks Tom I have a smile from ear to ear.
