I have had this image as a favourite for years, and I believe it is one of those that I have printed in my diary as it is so familiar and I thought that I must have blogged it already, but apparently not. This is the work of Chinese painter Christina Liu, Christina's painting style is loose, but figurative and her works are very intimate and engaging, I think she is a fabulous artist.

Christina is an artist who is currently studying at Nanning China. I love her use of colour especially her treatment of her subjects eyes.
