'Frogs Merry' by Juliet Kepes, published 1960. Juliet Kepes (1919 -1999) was a British illustrator, painter and sculptor who trained at Brighton School of Art in 1930's before moving to America in 1937.
I'm thrilled to own my own copy now in Japanese, it is such a beautiful book.
