'Why the sun has no beard' is part of a storybook of 'Why' written by Igor Ivanov for his young son.
Russian illustrator Lena Pokaleva has used many different techniques, including photos of cardboard hand-made
objects, gouache painting, collage and black marker graphics to make this humourful story come
to life.
