Wolf . . .

I forget what a battle it is in the winter to achieve things in the hours of daylight, a week before we completely lose the light and British summer time, I have not managed to beat the setting sun and I am still working away on 'My what hairy legs you have'.
Some changes are making me re-work pieces and I have added some fungus like tree forms, time and light is running out for the weekend.
However we have picked brambles (blackberries) made an apple and bramble pie and collected beautiful autumn leaves today, so all is not lost.

  3. Such wonderful detailed hairy legs! I love the wolf's expression. It's strange to think about the fading light. I remember when I was in England (briefly) i couldn't believe how "short" the days got in October and November....I cou;dn't hack it and came home to Australia. And for us at the moment we have daylight saving and the days are getiing longer and the kids won't go to bed. I would happily send you the light we have between 6-7.30 pm!
