I found some more works by the fantastic French wire artist Marie Christophe, again and again I return to artists in this medium, I just love the quality of the lines and the loosely held (caged) space. In this instance it is also the movement communicated in wire form of the afghan dog which is magical.
The afghan is fantastic! I'm always tempted to do wire drawings when I see some like Marie C's. And my poor rusting collection of found bird cages await me. Yes, don't stop showing wire.
