A Catch Up I, My Students

I want to show you some of the work I have been doing with my students. This is last weeks mask, veil and headdress workshop with my NC Fashion students. I think the students did a fantastic job given the challenge of 'stuffing tights'.

I have a new project to complete with my students, it's very exciting, and has to be finished by June 15th. In fact I have a long list of very strange projects that all finish by June the 15th. This is my NC fashion students starting to work on a hippo. I will explain the project later.

Fashion . . . beep . . . beep

Yesterday my NC fashion students put on a fashion show for charity. It was a fantastic night, everyone worked so well to make this a great success. Many thanks to the HND Events Management students for organizing it, to the wonderful models and to the hair and beauty students who did amazing things with everyones hair.

Tim Johnson Master Class

Yesterday was the first of two master classes with artist Tim Johnson. My NC Fashion students learnt how to make string, ropes, braids and how to weave, a busy, fun day. Today some of the fashion students are gatecrashing the furniture students workshop so it promises to be even more hectic . . . can't wait.

Brown Paper Friday

Another crazy day at work today, it has been quite a week. Today was brown paper challenge day for my NC Fashion students. They were challenged to create sea themed dresses using brown paper. It was great fun, full of energy and another great day Photographs.
