The lovely Kirsty requested that I share these shadow self portraits, taken in the beautiful grounds of MCAST last week.

Roberto Tweraser

These are lights cast from Salt, part of Roberto Tweraser's graduate show in three dimensional design at MCAST Malta. "The idea behind salt is to use the little natural local resource our country has to offer, to create something truly unique." "Salt's crystal structure makes it ideal to be used in conjunction with light, as it refracts light magnificently . . . Salt is a cast pendant light made out of rock salt combined with a small percentage of synthetic resin." Stunningly beautiful.

Malta Fashion Show

I was sent to Malta MCAST as part of a deligation from Adam Smith College to participate in a fashion show that was the conclusion to the Leonardo Project that had enabled me to go to Denmark for a fashion show in the spring. Here are some of my favourite pictures of the lovely models that made this show such a fantastic success. It was a treat to participate in such a spectacular show, with wonderful people, in an incredible setting.
