Weekend

It has been a busy weekend, starting with Edinburgh College of Art's fantastic Performance Costume showcase of graduates and then on to Glasgow to see Scottish Ballet's The Crucible with the last performance by Kayla-Maree Tarantolo before she sadly returns to France. The stage, lighting and costumes were wonderful in their simplicity and impact with the shadow work. Of course the dancing was sublime.

I am working on posts about the performance costume graduates on my other blog threadfashionandcostume and will be adding details from the degree show. As well as other features on the textile focused graduates of Scottish Art Schools this summer.
