Some how all these years have I been missing the work of Roger Bradfield (1924 – 2021). But I am so glad that there is still an endless back catalogue of incredible children's illustrators to explore. This wonderfully colour drenched elephant with fantastic pen line is so gorgeous, mid century treasure!
