The work of Jun Kaneko is unique and wonderfully perplexing, folkloric and medieval almost in its subject matter, I have no idea how the marks are made, on the canvases, probably scratched through black on white paint, the pieces on paper, I assume must be printed. However the work is created I find its detail and subject fascinating and beautiful.
