Fero Lipták

Fero Lipták is a sculptor, artist and illustrator from Slovakia.
If there was a reoccurring theme to this years Bologna Children's Book Fair I would say it was the use of this technique, which I call knitting with line, where you build images by layering scribbled lines. Fero has used this technique in the book; 'Dierozrut', written by his wife Slavka Liptákova, the main character is hungry and journeys far into the universe and back looking for fulfillment.
