A trip to Bologna fair is a journey through the childhood of the world, a vision of how illustrators and writers are spreading the wonder of the world and seeding the imagination of the future.

Shy illustrators open portfolios, like opening caged exotic birds or butterflies, letting them fly so that the illustrators wall is a flutter of creative wonder.

I entered a competition about the Bologna Children's Book Fair, to describe an element that you love or remember from the fair, for me it is always the illustrators wall because you never know what wonders you will find on this fluttering wall of paper.
