Idris Murphy II

Some colourful Australian landscapes by Idris Murphy  for some spring colour and a wish for cherry blossom (and no wind) on my return to Scotland. Idris Murphy paints mainly around the Fowlers Gap in Australia
"I have moved away from what you may call local colour, because there is no such thing. I make paintings that are a response to that contradiction." Idris Murphy
(thanks)
