The post man bought me this yesterday, it has had a long journey all the way from Canada, and it was well worth waiting for. Petunia and the Song by Roger Duvoisin 1951, beautiful, wonderful and charming as ever.
Roger Duvoisin is the best. I have loved all his books. I never get tired of them and it seems, to this illustrator, that there are art lessons on each page of each book. Enjoy this book Hazel!
