Today through the BBC News I learnt of the work of Evan Grant and I love it. Evan Grant is the creative force behind Collective Seeper who are responsible for this years unique Christmas lights in Derby. Seeper makes incredible public art by projecting light onto public buildings, making buildings crumble and dance before your eyes. Evan Grant is also one of the contributor's to the ever wonderful TED talks.
