Colour Shadows, Cellophane Flags
It is hard to choose which image I like best from today, I love them! It was a wonderful sunny day here and my last class with my 'working with communities students'. For this project you will need lots of coloured cellophane (save the stuff you get from florists and sweety wrappers). Assemble, with sellotape, into a flag of any shape and attach to a what ever sticks you have available and then play with the wonderful shadows that result.

ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea! I'm anxious to try this now!
ReplyDeleteI like how you integrate (and need) the photo result into the "making of".
ReplyDeleteIt's portable stained glass with its own liturgy, its own story to tell.
Oh Rob! thank you for your wisdom. I like the idea of portable stained glass, wonderful
ReplyDeleteThanks for the comment Hazel! Who can resist KR! Really like this idea - the shadows on pavements have just reminded me of a photo I bought years ago in Bristol and have never framed.........must do that!
