Holiday inches
A rare week of holiday, and with new puppy in toe, with all of his requirements, I forgot my art equipment and paper. Eventually I found a pencil, some old creased and stained blotting paper and a watercolour set. Holidays are rarely free creative time, usually I have a deadline despite being away and so I craved and needed the freedom to create. Fifteen inch drawing/ paintings have emerged during a fantastic break in the wilds of Mull, definitely reflecting the landscape, people, flora and fauna.
