Linda Bleck
The King of the Sharks a Hawaiian tale illustrated by Linda Bleck for FolkTaleWeek. Linda has used procreate to make these illustrations but has achieved a wonderful delicacy and I really love the limited palette that she has chosen.

Laurence Winram IV
My days are mainly hard graft, but on rare occasions, I have days of wearing straw in the Lothians of Scotland standing in trees and surf helping to create images and collaborating with friends.
These are the photographs of Laurence Winram an Edinburgh based photographer who with the help of costumier Rachel Frost has been making work exploring the pagan Shetland tradition of the Skeklers.

Andrea Antinori IV
This new anthology of poetry 'The Crazy Gardener's Song', illustrated by Andrea Antinori is just divine, the limited palette of just blue and black is sophisticated, the illustrations full of clever visual humour. Just published by Bruaá, I know what I want for Christmas!

Emily Isabella
I love it when illustrator Emily Isabella plays with food, especially micecream, but a baguette see-saw looks fun too.

Eliza Moreno
I don't usually extend Halloween beyond the last couple of days of October but this year as it falls midweek, I will be taking Halloween kids workshops this weekend and can justify sharing the glorious ghosts by Eliza Moreno.
