Gran and Her Hen

This is my gran with the black hen who lived with her for a while, supplying a daily egg , but always managed to do her business outside. It is a paper felt picture made from mulched pre-dyed serviettes I call it paper felt as it is a process very like making felt though mixing the colours is exactly the same as painting.

Fancy Pigeons and Pigeon Fanciers

Fancy Pigeons by Fazal Sheikh. http://www.fazalsheikh.org/ I have had a wee thing about pigeons for a while now, it fits as I love producing pictures of people with birds. I really want to go and photograph Pigeon fanciers with their birds and do some drawings and paintings, this beautiful photo will spur me on to do something about it soon.

I've been wanting to share this fantastic Wolf T-shirt with you for days, Mashallah Designs collaborated with Linda Kostowski http://www.realfakewatches.com/ to create this digital T- Shirt.
Wolf has been produced digitally and has 419 component faces. Three people were digitally recorded and their three dimensional data was converted into two dimensional sewing paterns and ultimately these interesting clothes.

Lui Bolin

"Each person chooses his/her own way in the process of contacting outside world. I choose to merge myself into the environment. Saying that I am disappeared in the environment, it would be better to say that the environment has licked me up ..." Lui Bolin.

Sometimes I Loose Things...

Sometimes I loose things that I want to blog, and now I have just found someones work that I lost for a while. Not that it is surprising as the dutch artist Desiree Palmen specializes in camouflage, and has now spent over a decade making people disappear into their surroundings.

Ronnie Yarisal and Katja Kublitz

Passive Aggressive Machine by Ronnie Yarisal and Katja Kublitz , I Love this stress busting creation. Maybe you have some ideas of where you could see it best placed; banks, post office queues, work? Both graduates of Central St Martins London, they create installations that are akin to toys for adults or candid camera exploits. http://www.yarisalkublitz.com/

Chicken Coops of Norfolk

Cots to chicken coops, there is a reason for this strange passage of thought, and that is the cot reminded me of those lovely wheelie chicken coops. Then I was reminded of Joff's coops and his lovely broody goose, who hopefully has a gaggle of goslings to fuss over now.
